Free Tracked Shipping

Every HeelKind order ships free to addresses in the United States, with tracking.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 8 to 15 business days after they are processed. During holidays and busy periods, delivery can take a few days longer.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a few days to update after the first scan.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only, including P.O. boxes.

Late or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, email support@heelkind.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Wrong Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will fix it if the order has not shipped yet.
